When engagement starts to feel stuck or stagnant, it can be hard to know what to try next. We’ve developed a new workshop designed for folks who already have a community or audience in place, but need support reimagining their engagement strategies so they can better meet their goals.

In this 3.5 hour, guided virtual workshop, our team will work closely with you to unpack a real engagement challenge you’re facing. Throughout our time together, we will:

  • Guide you through a structured experience that helps spark new ideas

  • Explore how to bring your audience’s lived experience into your strategic decisions

  • Share insights from our years of community engagement work

As we make sense of what emerges together, we’ll help you translate the ideas into new approaches for moving your work forward. You’ll leave with concrete next steps to try, tools you can continue to use in the future, and a renewed sense of momentum to advance your engagement work with clarity and confidence.

We’re currently offering the pilot version of this workshop. As a participant in this discounted experience, we’ll ask that you share feedback about the experience with us so that we can make improvements before our formal launch.

By booking this workshop, you agree to:

  • Complete the pre-work at least 1 week before your workshop date

  • Share feedback about your experience via a survey following the workshop 

Some things to note:

  • This workshop is a live, interactive experience that we will guide you through over the course of 3.5 hours. 

  • We’ll lead you through a process that helps you develop new ideas to address your engagement challenge. You’ll be responsible for implementing your ideas following the workshop, but we are able to offer additional support if desired! 

  • What you share throughout the process will be kept confidential. While we won’t be recording our session, we will be taking notes in a document for you to walk away with.
